UK Study Helpevaluate each refund requests carefully as there are usually unique reasons as to why a refund request is made by the customers. Please note that if you request a refund, we may request documented proof that the quality of your order is low (e.g., scan copy of your instructor’s feedback, plagiarism report, etc.). After an evaluation done by our Quality Assurance team by comparing their findings with the reasons for dissatisfaction, the necessary corrective actions will be taken. Any refund request must be made within the Refund Period.
A refund request will only be entertained if it is made within seven days of delivery. Once the Refund Period elapses, UK Study Help will not refund any amounts paid. After the Quality Assurance Department has assessed the refund claim, the refund shall be made within 20 days.
